The second and third exhibitions were held on the 12th & 13th October at the Newham African Caribbean Resource Centre.


The attendees included Ms. Efe Akenzua (the daughter of HRH Edun Akenzua) and her two children, councillors from the London Borough of Newham, representatives of the Benin Union Trust (Mr Igue Edo & Mr. Idahosa) and Mr. Peter Avan, a representative of the 'Benin Communities in London' Organisation.


Dr. David Obaze, Mr Stephen Obarise and Mrs Vivian Enobakhare (the wife of the 'Commissioner for Culture & Tourism' for Edo State) who was on a private visit to London also attended. These were complemented by community and faith groups and a diverse mix of Newham's multicultural community.


The Oba's representative in the UK & Ireland - The Odionwere, Hon Engr. Bernard Woghiren, Mr Taiwo Idemudia (Guest Speaker) gave a keynote address on 'Governance & Administration in the Ancient Benin Kingdom'. This was followed by a question and answer session.


Mr Vasco Stevenson gave presentations on "The Seven Pillars Of Health" and "Prostate and Breast Cancer Awareness", which was followed by a drama presentation by the Israelite Nation.
